What HeleSafe is
HeleSafe is a family check-in safety app. It helps your ʻohana share quick location-tagged status updates and emergency alerts. HeleSafe is not an emergency services provider.
Not a replacement for 911
Important: HeleSafe is not a substitute for 911 or professional emergency services. In a life-threatening emergency, always call 911 first.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your keiki codes and PINs safe. Anyone with a keiki code and PIN can sign in as that keiki and send check-ins on their behalf. Share these only with the child they belong to.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to access other families' data, or misuse the emergency button. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@shakasoftware.com.
Limitation of liability
HeleSafe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShakaSoftware LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of HeleSafe, including delayed or undelivered notifications, GPS inaccuracies, or service outages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi.
